This week we were honored by the appearance of Hook Horton. He was helping Jack refurbish the mail car.
Robert Bermuller, Gene and Ted installed safety chains across our new roadway near old US-1.
Several of us dug out a foundation for the mail bag hanger. Fortunately, Jim Meade can how operate the back hoe and helped us with the excavation. We will pour the foundation next week.
Doc Majors has a new project. Restore engine #399. He always does such a great job. (Or does he rely on the Pantone family to do the actual work and just accept the credit for it?)
In any event I am sure it will look great when the job is done.
