It was another nice day at Bonsal.

John Betz brought down a half dozen rose bushes that were donated by the
Old Stage Road Nursery in Angier.  Charles Paul and I planted them next to the fence behind the ticket booth.

With the assistance of Robert, Gene and Pete, we assembled a palette for the engine in Gray’s truck. The palette is leaning against the high railer next to Gray’s truck

Charles, Gene, Pete and I assembled a second palette behind engine 75, for the engine and transmission sitting in the yard.  This palette is sitting where we assembled it

We used a good portion of the lumber that was stored in the metal caboose for these two palettes.

Bob Hartig was painting car 200 with Paul’s help.

Dr. Majors was painting the box car and dealing with the ongoing issues with our tenants, the Pantones.

Scott was continuing his grading project.  It looks like it is ready for grass after today’s activity.

Billy was busy with the back hoe.

Jim, Mack and Doug were also working today at Bonsal.
